Prior to becoming a full time franchise consultant, Travis finished in the top 130 GDC producing advisors with 140 clients and only working 1 week per month in his practice. As an authority in the area of financial services, Travis speaks, coaches, writes, consults, and trains Financial Advisors and Franchise Consultants to create an intense metamorphosis in their practices and personal lives. Drew Watson, CFP™, is an award winning advisor who is in his 15th year of a successful top notch financial planning practice and he is in the top 1/2% of overall production in his firm. Through his association with Dynamic Directions, Drew speaks, coaches, consults, and trains financial advisors to create turbo growth in their practice in the areas of marketing and investment portfolios. Drew participates in the monthly teleseminars and live workshops. Drew also works with advisors on case analysis for high net worth clients.

Donald Zajac
Donald Zajac, ChFC®, CRPC® (Franchise Consultant) joined IDS in 1987. Prior to that he formed Franchise Development Corporation where he worked with entrepreneurs assisting them in developing Franchiseable Models. Don qualified for PAC in 1994 and was a member until 2006. In 2000 Don was inducted into the Diamond Ring Club and was a 2006 Hall of Fame inductee. In 2002 Don became a Branch manager and in August 2006 sold his personal practice. Don is currently a Franchise Consultant, the Chairman Emeritus of the Franchise Consultant Advisory Committee (FCAC) and an Advisor Champion with recognized expertise on REITs, SMAs, and Active Portfolios. Don is a full time Franchise Consultant.

Kary Mangat is a former CAC member and has a comprehensive 26 years working in the financial planning industry with various designations including: CFP®, CRPC®, MBA, MS, Finance from Rutgers University and most recently the CIMA® designation from the Wharton School of Business and IMCA. He is an active member of the Financial Planning Association and a founding member of the International Association of Advisors in Philanthropy. He is currently enrolled in a program at the American College to
become a Chartered Advisor in Philanthropy. Kary has extensive knowledge of estate and stock option planning as well as expertise in international and advanced charitable giving strategies, and has been a point of contact for many advisors looking to solve complex cases via a turnkey system. Shannon Wetzel is the Director of Wow for Dynamic Directions. As Director of Wow, she is responsible for enhancing the client experience, teaching the “WOW Factor” to clients with their gifts, events and client experience timeline. She is responsible for quality control verifying that we are living our promise to our clients to Build a Better Life for Financial Advisors. Brent Trentham CFP™ is an award winning advisor who is in his 19th year of a successful top notch financial planning practice and he has won numerous awards. He has been a CAC Advisor for 6 years. His areas of focus are retirement, tax and estate planning. He has two office locations to serve his clients: Knoxville and Alcoa, TN. Meredith McNulty Herr
Meredith has over 13 years of experience supporting financial advisors and their team members in the area of practice management. She joined Ameriprise in 1993 as a Paraplanner and in 1996 became a Technology Education Specialist for 150 advisors and staff. In 1998 she became Practice Management/Staff Education Specialist working with advisors in Illinois, Indiana and Kentucky and also held the same position in Northern California from 2001 – 2004. In the Practice Management/Staff Education Specialist position she organized staff education conferences annually in the region to ensure staff had an opportunity to get exposure to training and to share best practices. In 2004, Meredith joined her husband, Randy Herr as Business Manager/Paraplanner and is currently in this role. Meredith specializes in creating systems to contact clients consistently, prepare for appointments as well as processing business and follow up items. Meredith is dedicated to leading your team members to become more efficient and effective with your work flow and business infrastructure. Meredith has two children; a boy and a girl and enjoys boating, snow and water skiing and reading.

Anjuli Kumar - Money Magnet Marketing Process
Anjuli has worked in the financial planning industry for over 12 years as both a Senior Planning Assistant and Paraplanner in the Washington, DC area. Since 2006 she has been working with Kary Mangat, a Franchise Consultant as an Associate Coach to assist financial advisors with staff coaching and training. Her experience includes developing and implementing extensive marketing programs which include event planning, web development, drip marketing systems, and public relations. She brings with her an extensive knowledge of implementing marketing strategies and developing client acquisition and retention programs that have been proven successful. Most recently, Anjuli has been working in the marketing capacity to assist financial advisors on mainstreaming their marketing activities through the development of a marketing plan and implementation of marketing systems. Anjuli is dedicated to helping advisors develop successful marketing campaigns that will deliver tangible results with client acquisition. Currently, Anjuli is completing an Executive Coaching program at New York University. She has been a member of the American Marketing Association for over seven years. She is the mother of two daughters, and is actively training to run the Cherry Blossom 10 mile marathon in the Spring of 2010.
